A special assembly was conducted by our students on 25rd January to celebrate Republic Day with great patriotic zeal and fervor.
The assembly was compered by Sandesh and Harpreet from grade 5. They warmly welcomed all the teachers and students. A small introduction about Republic Day was given by them.
The assembly started with Quran Recitation followed by School prayer.
Magnificient dance performances were presented by boys and girls on "Zero kiya mere bharat ne", Apni Azadi ko hum, "O Mitwa , " I love my India, "Suno gour se India walon", and ' Vande Matram". The students were dressed up in tricolour attire to mark the occasion. They exumed energy and rhythm which motivated all to clap and enjoy these patriotic moments.
Krishna from Grade 4 delivered the Poem with a spirit of Patriotism.
The last performance of the assembly was a drama presented by students of grade 7. The drama was based on Fundamental Rights of The Indian Constitution. All the students presented the drama with passion and enthusiasm.
Ma'am Clara (Head of Primary and Middle school) applauded and praised the efforts of students and teachers and congratulated the students on this occasion.
The program came to an end with the singing of National Anthem.
